					<description><![CDATA[When I think of Vichy and cuisine, I think of the other Vichy - the World War II one, with the government.  I have a collection of  14 cookbooks from that other Vichy.  Perhaps someday I will write about these cookbooks, and the immense difficulties of trying to cook with draconian rationing.
