Merci pour les informations, Déborah. J’ai bien visité la boutique de l’Atelier des Gâteaux en préparant cet article mais j’ai décidé de ne pas l’inclure.

Vous parlez de la rue de l’abbé Grégoire, de l’école et de ses anciens élèves qui ont ouverts des boutiques dans la même rue, mais vous avez oublié de visiter l’atelier des Gâteaux (au 23 de la même rue) ou une ancienne élève de l’école a crée son salon de thé et ses cours de pâtisserie et ou on apprend entre autre à y faire de délicieux macarons.

You will be shocked when I confess that I only found out recently (via TV) that you could eat at the Ecole Ferrandi. I tried the Vin en Bouche once, found the wine good but a bit too pricey for me. I have never tried Colorova, for a sad reason. I am diabetic, and sugar is forbidden always. Very sad, because their pastries look so good.
