You’re right. I’ve now added a comment next to that line in that quote and written to the association to let them know of their original error. It’s one thing for me to have missed it in my cut and paste (slightly embarrassing), another for the organizaing association to mention Desert Storm in their manifesto. Still, their intentions seem honorable.
