This is Patricia Boussaroque of Versailles.

After 20 years working in human resources she set out to turn her passion for cooking and baking into a second career. After receiving a diploma from the celebrated cooking school Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she set up a work-shop kitchen overlooking the fabulous food market in Versailles, where, since September, she offers cooking classes.

Her new business is called L’Atelier Cuisine de Patricia.
